Clear Creek Cidery & Eatery Announces New Ownership! Release Date: June 20, 2023 The Clear Creek Cidery Tavern & Taps (CCC) is excited to announce that Jeannie K. Dalrymple and Gregory S. Dalrymple bought out the interests of original co-founder, Evan C. Lombardi. Mr. Lombardi and Mr. Dalrymple founded CCC together in 2018 to share their passion for exceptional food and drink, as well as their similar ideas and creations within the restaurant industry. Within five years of business, CCC grew its reputation as a culinary destination in the historic, downtown Idaho Springs. Both Evan C. Lombardi and Gregory S. Dalrymple have been essential in the start up and establishment of the CCC. They achieved great success introducing ciders to many seekers of savory drink. Our team thanks Evan for his years of service. Everyone wishes Mr. Lombardi the best success in his future endeavors.
